It's the Thanksgiving Way Poem
We gather round' the table
Giving thanks without a label
Sharing stories and tales of many
Uncle Joe, cousin Bob, even Nanny
Dad carves the turkey just right
We're having a fantastic feast tonight
Joy and laughter fills the air
It's just too bad this happens only on a rare
It is why on this one night
We give our love and thanks full of might
So to this I say
It is the Thanksgiving way.
