It's the Yummiest Time of the Year!

As Christmastime nears, everyone's thinking about which yummy cookie and pastries they can prepare for everyone to enjoy. Each family has its tried-and-true standbys, but adding a little something different can make the holidays even brighter.

Here's a simple Chistmas cookie recipe that will make cookie and candy lovers alike, drool with appreciation.

Reese's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients and tools:

1 tube of refridgerated chocolate chip cookie dough (or you can make a homemade batch)

1 package of Reese's miniature peanut butter cups

1 miniature muffin pan

1 pack of miniature muffin liners

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Put one miniature muffin liner in each compartment of the miniature muffin pan.

3. In each liner, press in enough cookie dough that will cook up to the edges of the muffin liners.

4. Put the pan in the oven, and allow cookie dough to bake until it's mostly firm, but still a little doughy at the top. Use a toothpick to determine consistency. While waiting, unwrap each individual Reeese's miniatue, as you will need them almost immediately after taking the cookie dough out of the oven.

5. Once cookie dough has reached desired consistency, remove pan from the oven, and allow to cool for a few minutes, but not too long.

6. Once the cookie dough has cooled enough, press one Reese's minature into the middle of the cookie dough. Allow to cool.

...and it's as simple as that! It's an easy, quick, inexpensive recipe that any candy or cookie lover will enjoy.

Serve at parties on a festive party tray, or for gifts, purchase a colorful aluminum Christmas tin, place wax paper on the bottom, and fill up the container with these tasty treats!
