I've Been Waiting so Long ~ a Poem
Life is Very Short so Show Those that You Love How Much They Mean to You Every Day
To hear your voice, to be in your grace.
Dreaming of the days that have past
Wishing that they wouldn't have gone by so fast.
Days after days, months after months, years after years
Waiting and wondering through the hurt and the tears.
Do you still think about me as I do you?
Do you know that my days without you are blue?
Looking for you wherever I go
Hoping that I will see you somehow somewhere
But alas I will not I know.
For you are with God and I am here
Thinking of you and wiping away a tear.
My dearest grandma I miss you so much since you've been away.
Here in my heart you will always stay.
