I brought the box home and put it on the shelf. A few days later I decided that I wanted a snack and went in the kitchen. I saw the box and remembered that I had bought them. I opened the box and grabbed a few slices of cheese out of the refrigerator. First I tried a cracker that was plain. I wanted to see how the taste compared to the Triscuits I love so much. The cracker tasted very good. It was easy to bite into and had a little salty taste. The overall cracker was great. It was just crunchy enough too. I then added a piece of the cheese to the next cracker and bit into it. It was like heaven was in my mouth. The cracker tasted perfect with the cheese. This was definitely worth trying. I have been eating out of the same box for a little over a week now and have to say that none of these crackers will be wasted.
I love the crackers because they are crunchy, somewhat salty, and go great with cheese and dip. They are made with whole grains, so they are a pretty good snacking option. They are a great source of fiber because they are made with the whole grains. They also have no cholesterol or Trans fat. There is only one bad thing that isn't so healthy about them, but it's not bad compared to a lot of snacks. One serving of the crackers has 8% of your daily value of sodium. As I said it's still not bad, but could be better. This is a great product for anyone to try because it is an excellent snack food that is healthier. It is also satisfaction guaranteed. This is Sav-A-Lot's great way to offer you a quality product. There is really nothing you have to lose when you try them. The guarantee shows you that. You will be glad you tried these excellent crackers. They are an inexpensive way to enjoy your day!

Post a CommentMy response to J. Higgs Classic Woven Wheats Crackers Review. I too love triscuits crackers and decided to try this less expensive alternative. The only difference I believe they have is that they taste too salty, much more salty than a triscuit. This disappointed me a bit. I would suggest to the manufacturers of this cracker to reduce the amount of salt. From a flavor stand point and a health stand point. I also do not understand all the other added ingredients. Look at the list of ingredients in a Triscuit cracker, 3 simple ingredients and nothing added to preserve freshness like J. Higgs cracker.
