There are three things that are in abundance in Jackson County Michigan: Golf Courses, Parks, and Lakes. Except for Sarasota, Florida, Jackson County has more golf courses per capita than any other city in the country. Ranked by Golf Digest as forth best area to golf it isn't any wonder that even in a failing economy Jackson County Michigan Golf Courses thrive.

Arbor Hills Golf Club

Arbor Hills was once a private golf course but is now open to the public and the public love this 18 hole, 72 par golf course. Some of the amenities include: pro-shop, driving range, and golf lessons as well as banquet facilities and an on site grille for eating.

Burr Oak Golf Club
3419 N. Parma Rd, Parma, Michigan
Parma, Michigan is located just a few miles west of Jackson, Michigan and Burr Oak Golf Course nestled in the beautiful Michigan countryside offers par 72, 18 holes, a driving range and there is food available.

Cascades Golf Course
1992 Warren Ave, Jackson, Michigan
Cascades Golf Course in Jackson, Michigan is within the city limits so is close to everything but the beautiful course is part of the Sparks Park with acres of beautiful landscaping, ponds, and the famous Cascades Falls. Some of the amenities you will find at Cascades Golf Course include: pro shop, driving range, snack bar, club rental and 18 holes to golf.

Clark Lake Golf Course
5535 Wesch Rd, Brooklyn, Michigan
Clark Lake Golf Course is a 27 hole course in the southern part of Jackson County. A full service restaurant and bar coupled with the breathtaking country setting make Clark Lake Golf Course a favorite. It's also just a few miles from boating activities on Clarklake in one direction and Michigan International Speedway in the other. This golf course also offers a driving range and club rentals.

Concord Hills Golf Course
7331 Pulaski Rd, Concord, Michigan
"Breathtaking - one of the country's most beautiful courses. It features tall, panoramic hills, rolling greens, water and wildlife. This course is designed for golfers, photographers and nature lovers." Is how Michigan Golfer Magazine described Concord Hills Golf Course just west of Jackson, Michigan. That along with 18 holes to play, club rental, a driving range, pro shop, and on site food makes Concord Hills Golf Course one of the most popular in the area.

Deer Run Golf Course
3200 Hanover Rd, Horton, Michigan
Deer Run Golf Course just south of Jackson, Michigan may be small, offering only 9 holes to golf but it can't be beat for the small town friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy a great snack or complete meal at the Deer Run Golf Course restaurant/bar with a beautiful view of the well maintained greens. You may also want to sign up for one or more of the many golf tournaments Deer Run has going throughout the season.
