Jackson Family Members Arrive for Conrad Murray's Preliminary Hearing

Ms. Marie
The proceeding will finally begin, the preliminary hearing is set to commence and the long awaited decision shall be made. Will Conrad Murray be tried for involuntary manslaughter? Michael Jackson's mother Katherine, and a few of his siblings arrive at court, no statements made except a short one by Jackie Jackson.

Michael Jackson's oldest son, Prince Michael, will not testify at the preliminary hearing according to a TMZ report, but it doesn't say whether or not the child will be called as a witness in future proceedings. Sadly, Prince Jackson was called to his dying father's bedside by Dr. Conrad Murray that dreadful day. This probably shocked and traumatized the boy.

All of Murray's actions that horrific day in June of 2009, was suspicious and many would agree Conrad Murray certainly acted like a man guilty of murder rather than involuntary manslaughter when he disappeared after the fact, then reappeared and surrendered after seeking legal representation. Murray plead not guilty to charges of manslaughter after the coroner found Jackson's death a homicide.

However, personal opinions bear no weight, it is a legal matter that must be tried in a court of law and based on the facts. We can only pray for justice to prevail.

Although, the L.A. County Coroner's determined that Michael Jackson's death was caused by a "massive overdose of Propofol" the defense team for Conrad Murray will try to present evidence that Michael Jackson woke up during the time Murray left the room and administered the fatal dose to himself. It is understandable that a defense attorney has the obligation to use any legally available strategy to prove their clients innocence, but this is simply outrageous.

In the author's opinion, Mr. Conrad Murray has a lot of "holes" to fill-in with all his inhumane, unethical and sketchy behavior. It is extremely hard to believe that a man like Michael Jackson, who was preparing a spectacular show for his beloved fans, a father who loved his children more than life would take his own life. Regardless of how crazy we find Murray's story, fans, the public and family members must trust our justice system to unveil the truth.

You probably saw the video where Dr. Conrad Murray uttered these words, "And I have faith the truth will prevail..." Well, Mr. Murray you can believe that, but not your twisted form of the truth...the real truth.

Yeah- he never should been been administering that stuff to MJ in the first place. It's all so messed up. I don't think Conrad Murray intended to kill him though. I believe his unethical practices resulted in the death, hence involuntary manslaughter.
