Pressly was stopped around 11:30 pm on January 5 for a traffic violation and suspicion of drunk driving in Santa Monica.
See link to slideshow of Jaime Pressly here.
The pretty star who played Joy on My Name is Earl was given a field sobriety test after being pulled over. Apparently she failed that test as she was arrested for a DUI.
Pressly's bond was set at $15,000 and she was later released after bond was posted.
She is married to Simran Singh and has a two-year-old son from a previous relationship with Eric Calvo.

Post a CommentGood point Gretchen Lee Bourquin.
These cases always infuriate me-- there's no reason for a celbrity to drive after drinking. Hire a driver or take a cab. Maybe some celebrities do, but do you think TMZ would show us this? For once I'd like to see evidence of a celbrity being "responsibly irresponsible"
