Jaime Pressly of My Name is Earl Arrested for DUI

Jaime Pressly of NBC's My Name is Earl was arrested on January 5 on suspicion of drunk driving in Santa Monica. Pressly, 33, was pulled over by the police around 11:30 pm for a traffic violation.

Pressly played the role of Joy on the former sitcom that ran from September, 2005 through May, 2009. Pressly was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Support Actress in a Comedy Series in 2006 and 2007, and nabbed the award in 2007.

According to a report by RadarOnline.com, Pressly was given a field sobriety test after being pulled over and then arrested on suspicion of DUI. Her blood-alcohol level has not yet been revealed, but it is known that Pressly was held on $15,000 bail which is considerably higher than the typical $5,000 bond, as reported by E!Online.

Pressly has a young two-year-old son named Dezi whom she had with Eric Calvo (better known as DJ Eric Cubeechee). The couple broke up in 2008, and Pressly then became engaged to Simran Singh, an entertainment lawyer whom she married in September, 2009.
