Did Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon break up? The two reportedly split up according to a story that PEOPLE broke over the weekend. Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon have since denied the split through their representatives.

Could another celebrity break-up be in the cards? Hollywood relationships don't seem to last long because of the demanding hours and the availability of other very attractive people. Most people probably thought the Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon relationship would never end since they seem like two Hollywood people who have their heads screwed on straight.
