All these rates are for 2 people and if there are more than 2 people staying the rate will rise per person unless they are under 5 years of age. During the summer, daily rates are $42.50, weekly rates are $253.80 and there is a monthly rate. During the winter, daily rates on weekdays are $38.50, daily rates on weekends are $42.50, weekly rates are $225 and the monthly rate is $545.
