James Dean

Walton S. Tissot
The great L.A. fade away
On the hill east of Eden
Conga drums and the matador
With so much trouble along the way
At the end the earth stood still
A need for some speed
A Spyder on the road to Salinas

    I freaking love james dean
    but hate it when people
    get his car crash time
    wrong.

it was 5:45 not 5:59 he
    was alreadly half dead or
    dead by 5:59.

    if your gonna write
    anything about james dean
    at least get your facts
    straight.

Dang, that's sweet! Reminiscent of the Beach boy's a-capella ode to young Mr. Dean "A Young Man is Gone".

Very clever. Always loved East of Eden. Read the book when I was twelve (unabridged). It was the first serious novel I read, so it's special to me.

I love it --and agree with J L Carey Jr and Tina Twito. I also admire concise poetry. Shalom my Friend
