The United Kingdom has another hot export on the music scene. On his debut album Undiscovered, James Morrison sold over two million copies worldwide. Now discovered, James is prepared to drop his sophomore album Songs For You, Truths For Me. Will James finally be able to crack the United States Billboard Charts with his unique vocal styling and innate natural talent?

The first single off of Songs For You, Truths For Me is You Make It Real. The song is a solid way to reintroduce James to the market. The melodic track fills the James Blunt marketplace and showcases James' unique vocal ability.

Nothing Ever Hurt Like You is vintage James Morrison. The song is upbeat and snappy. The track features a strong melody and an even stronger chorus. The song is definitely the best on the album.

Broken Strings is a duet with Nelly Furtado. The song definitely features an interesting pairing. The song is not one of the strongest tracks on the album as their vocals just do not mesh well.

The album opens with the incredibly uplifting The Only Night. The song will just make you feel every word he sings. The track features incredibly strong production and a solid melody.

Save Yourself is a strong mid-tempo soulful track. The song is more vintage James Morrison. The track is just well done.

Once When I Was Little is a strong acoustic guitar driven song. The song features incredibly strong songwriting and vocal delivery.

Dream On Hayley sounds incredibly similar to James' first single You Give Me Something. This is not a bad thing whatsoever.

Fix The World Up For You is yet another extremely strong track. Just when you think that their will be some filler on the album, James delivers once again with another well done song.

The album closes with Love Is Hard. The song is a perfect way to wrap up the album as it is one of the most relaxed tracks on the album.

It is hard to find much of anything wrong with Songs For You, Truths For Me. The album is one of the strongest albums of 2008. This is one of the rare cases when the sophomore album is stronger than the debut effort. Overall Songs For You, Truths For Me gets 8.5 out of 10. If you are a fan of James Morrison make sure you pick up Songs For You, Truths For Me when it is available in stores on September 30th.
