Jamie Lynn Spears is a Teen Mom No More

Jamie Lynn Spears turns 20 years old. The sister of Britney Spears, star in Nickelodeon's "All That" and "Zoey 101" and mother of 2-year-old Maddie Briann Aldridge tweeted, "Goodbye teens.. HELLO 20's!!!".

Spears' ex-boyfriend and father of her daughter is Casey Aldridge. Spears and Aldridge were engaged in 2008, moved in together, called the engagement off, moved in together again and then split for good in February of 2010.

Spears' teenage pregnancy announcement shocked the nation perhaps even more so than Bristol Palin's did. Some people criticized the media for glamorizing a 16-year-old girl who got pregnant and who was not married. In addition, it came during a time when her sister, in the throes of her rough period, lost custody of her kids.

"Ok! Magazine" even put Jamie Lynn Spears on the cover with Spears exclaiming, "Being a mom is the best feeling in the world." It was the top selling issue for the magazine.

Today, Spears reportedly moved in with 29-year-old businessman James Watson and then split. Is she happy? Only Spears truly knows that. However, one thing is for sure, she's stayed out of trouble since the pregnancy shocker. There's no mention of Jamie Lynn Spears.

Perhaps the 20-year-old, out of the limelight since 2008, is seeking a quiet life of motherhood without all the Hollywood fanfare? Many stars do it and then return to the fanfare later in life. Maybe we can see Spears in a "Dancing with the Stars" season?
