Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri Break Up
Janet and Jermaine been together since 2002 and were at one point -- due to New York Daily News and PerezHilton -- thought to be soon-to-be parents. That, however, turned out to be a very false rumor.
This news makes me wonder what led to their untimely breakup, especially considering MJ's recent passing.
I just hope it had nothing to do with Jermaine vomiting on Janet's lap at his birthday party!
Several sources (including CNN, MSNBC, and USMAGAZINE) reflect on it differently, noting the couples' friends as having said, "They have been moving in different directions for a while."
Oh well. Sometimes, love is just for a season. Or worse yet, it's just for a week -- that's what I call a week-long stand. I'm sad to see this dynamic duo split, but life goes on. My best wishes to both of them!
