January is National Personal Self-Defense Awareness Month . Martial Arts Personal Development Center in San Antonio, Texas announced today that their academy is hosting free Martial Arts/Bully Proof workshop on Saturday, January 29, 2011 for children and adults. In addition to helping participants become better able to defend themselves and get in better shape along the way , Martial Arts Personal Development Center is committed to help fight the growing problem of child abductions.
