I see Miss Kady and Tony san;
Walking over a stream;
Across a wooden footbridge;
She is stunning in her blue kimono;
As she daintily sips her tea;
From a white porcelain cup;
Barefoot she kneels on a padded floor;
She is in awe of her surroundings;
As she writes down her lines;
Big sister sends her photos;
Of a Japanese Madonna;
They represent her love for Jesus;
For in Japan, the love of God is real;
From His Mother, He is never separated;
And His beauty is everywhere;
In the mountains and streams;
Rocky cliffs and blooming trees;
Natural and man-made;
Flowers and tea houses;
But most of all;
It is painted in the heart;
Of a lovely young lady;
As her spirit flies freely;
She is a lotus flower;
Floating on a pond;
Her little girl innocence;
Shines for all to see
"Amen, I say to you, whoever does not accept the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it." Mk 10: 15
