Jarrow Formulas Antioxidant Optimizer Supplement Review

I just tried the Jarrow Formulas Antioxidant Optimizer supplement. I found the product at Vitacost.com and was only $9.for a bottle of 90 vegetarian tablets. On the front of the bottle it lists the antioxidants it contains which include: Lutein, Lycopene, Grape Skin, Green Tea, Ginger, Grape Seed OPC's, Gamma Tocopherol, Curcumin, Silymarin, Vitamin C and Olive Fruit Extract.

This product comes in a sealed white plastic bottle. It has an orange and green label with black lettering. It instructs to take between 1-3 tablets every day at mealtime. The tablets are hard capsule shape, brownish-orange and easy to swallow. One benefit with Jarrow Formulas Antioxidant Optimizer is the wide variety of antioxidants you will get in one tablet. You do not have to take several different supplements to ensure that you are getting all the antioxidants that you need.
