Jason Burkett's Theory

You know I debated long and hard about whether I was going to post these theories quite frankly because I have all but washed my hands of this case after getting my "butt" chewed on by both Jason Burkett and Michael Perry. At some point you just reach your limit and you say enough is enough and I owe these people nothing, but I decided to post this "theory" of Jason's so that he at least has an opportunity to be heard like I allowed Michael Perry to be heard; I feel it is just the right thing to do to be fair.

The Theory:

People have wanted me to post some of my "theories", so I will. These are only theories and nothing to be considered otherwise. I want to show people what could have happened to Sandra Stotler, Adam Stotler, and Jeremy Richardson.

Some people expect me to implicate Perry, to make him out as being involved, and this will happen though it is with much consideration. Some of these theories implicate Perry and some of them do not, and just as other people have substituted ME or Perry into theories, these are also possible theories NO ONE HAS MENTIONED!

I can not be sure that any of them are correct because I was not at the crime scene, therefore I can not be certain. I do not want write every single theory but I'll toss out "my" ideas of suspects that could be guilty.

To begin, there are several names that will be addressed, and these are people that I believe could be guilty of these crimes and I will show how this is. I believe Adam Stotler, Jeremy Richardson, Jerry Willis, Shane Atkinson, Kevin Lyle, Jonathon Kohut, Chad Caldwell, and Victor Neal are possible suspects along with Lloyd Ranels.

These theories run together; I am only trying to get input and comments; maybe I'm correct; maybe I'm wrong; People wanted my ideas so here they are.

Theory #1:

There is a witness who has claimed that she saw three men outside the Stotler residence on October 24^th 2001. This sighting was in the evening time between 6-8 PM and the three men were visible, but she was unable to positively identify specific facial features of all. Now allegedly the witness did call the District Attorney's Office about this. The witness has seen my picture in the newspaper and she's 100% certain that I wasn't one of the three men. Nothing was said to my attorneys about this and the DA's office kept this quiet. I learned about this from a third party and relayed it to my attorneys to investigate but no investigation was ever done.

Now I see at least 3 men involved; I can agree with some people a little because I believe it's possible that Adam Stotler and Jeremy Richardson were involved; I BELIEVE THIS! I do not know the dates but I believe my theory could apply to any dates.

People overlook a huge detail concerning Kristin Willis, she had a brother (Jerry Willis) who was and ex-con recently released from prison at the time of the murders. His body type is of a tall (roughly 6 foot) male who could have participated in these murders for his and Kristin's personal gain.

People don't realize there was never an investigation into this; Jerry was an ex-con and he had fingerprints on file but no one compared those to the 7 unidentified prints found in the Stotler home. Those prints DID NOT match me or Perry.

There was a blood stained sock found on the road by the Stotler home; there was a hair inside that sock, and there was never any comparison done though; the DNA and fingerprints could have been Jerry Willis.

The shoe prints and foot prints need to be addressed, and this is only A THEORY OF POSSIBLITY; Has anyone checked into what size shoe Jerry wore? Has anyone looked into Shane Atkinson's feet? What about Jonathon Kohut or Chad Caldwell? I doubt it! What about Lloyd Ranels?

The shoe print found in the blood inside the Stotler home was never compared to any shoe. What does that mean? Well, the shoe is still missing. After searching everything Perry and I owned ; asking everyone what shoes we wore; it has been determined that NEITHER of us had these shoes.

Could the three men standing outside the Stotler home have been Jerry Willis and the male victims? Yes! Could they have been Jerry Willis, Shane Atkinson, and Jeremy Richardson? Yes! Jeremy Richardson knew Shane Atkinson, why not then? Could the three men have been Jerry Willis, Shane Atkinson, and Adam Stotler? Sure!

Don't forget; Adam Stotler's wallet contained a business card of Shane's plus he had a recent photo of Kristin Willis in his WALLET! That shows some sort of relationship between them. People should look at who's connected.

Jeremy is connected to: Kristin Willis, Jerry Willis, Shane Adkinson, and Kevin Lyle. He is considered "cousin's" to Shane's best friend Kevin Lyle, also Lloyd Ranels is connected through Kristin and Jerry.

Adam is connected to: Kristin Willis, Jerry Willis, Shane Atkinson, and Kevin Lyle. He had Kristin's picture in his wallet, he had Shane's business card in his wallet; Kevin Lyle is best friends with Shane Atkinson, and does some tattooing and piercing for Shane; hey Adam had piercing too! Adam was friends with Jeremy who was Kevin's "cousin". What I don't have answers for is why?

If there was a scheme to kill Sandra for Adam I know he could have gotten with Jeremy then gone to the local tattoo parlor where Jeremy's cousin was. Adam could have gotten with Kevin and Shane who then could have enlisted the help of Jerry Willis. Jeremy was Adam's friend and he could have given him the idea of going along with this trusting his "cousin" and Kristin's brother .

After Sandra was killed they met at the home to possibly discuss payment; Shane could have went with Jerry to the Stotler home. When they went there they could have brought Kristin, who knows; she could have loaned her brother the truck. Krisitn accompanied the male victim's and her brother, with Shane, to the wooded lot possibly to show them the body of Sandra Stotler.

While one lured one victim to his death the other victim went with Kristin and either Shane or Jerry to another location. Of course some shots were fired , but these shots could have been claimed to have been fired to shoot Sandra again because she wasn't dead, and this would not have caused the other victim to run away.

In my opinion! Jeremy was killed second with Adam killed last, and I believe Sandra was killed first, either earlier that day or days prior to the murders of Adam and Jeremy. I believe Adam was aware Sandra was killed; I believe he was involved in the planning of the murder. However, I believe Adam was unaware Jeremy was going to be killed and when he realized it then it was to late.

So this scenario is my first, no one looked into the people listed here and the 7 prints recovered were of AFIS quality but not examined/submitted and they could be from these people. No one checked any of these people, they found prints and compared them to Perry and me and we were no match, but they never compared them to anybody else.

The bare footprint, did anybody compare them to Shane, Kevin, or Jerry? What about Lloyd Ranels? None of them were checked. Perry was excluded from making those prints so it has been said that I wasn't excluded, and that is partially true. Given the line-up of feet all feet were small except mine, my feet fit the general size but not the SHAPE. With the shape being different I could be excluded to.

If there was another comparison done including these subjects I'm sure there's a possibility of finding a direct match. Each person I have listed has foot size similar to mine, but their individual shape will be different.

I could go into great detail if needed about this; I can give some examples regarding line-ups that were unfair, just as this; I will not go into it though until I get me theories out.

No one has put much thought into other peoples involvement; there could have been other people there that left no footprints, even Victor Neal; he could have been there at both scenes! Just because the footprints don't match his doesn't mean that he wasn't there. The DNA on the sock could be his; the way he was "molded" into whatever the DA wanted proves this possibility; not to mention he had inconsistent testimony from the beginning; he even fled the state, too.
