Batavia, OH - Jaysen Bell, the man who was indicted on multiple counts of rape, sexual battery, gross imposition, and sexual imposition against 2 foster boys who had been in his care at one time.

He turned himself into police this morning and was booked before 7:30am. He remains in the Clermont County Jail.

Today he stood before a judge, who set his ail at $100,000.

Last Wednesday, Bell was indicted by a grand jury for charges that two of the boys had been in his care had come forth with, shocking his local community, friends, and church-mates.

Jaysen Bell was licensed through Lifeway for Youth, the same foster care agency who had placed Marcus Fiesel with the Carrolls. Marcus died in August, after being bound up and put in a closet so that the Carrolls could attend a family reunion in Kentucky

This was my first foster dad...... I feel so lost and alone now that all has come out. Where do people protect us? We are once again the forgotten.
