Jay-Z Angry with LeBron James; Oksana Grigorieva Has yet More Mel Gibson Recordings; Jon Bon Jovi Pictured in Bed with Topless Women

Jay-Z is reportedly angry with LeBron James over how 'The King' handled his free agency decision; Mel Gibson's estranged girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has more threatening recordings in the form of voicemails; married rocker Jon Bon Jovi is having to answer for pictures of him with four topless women.

It's a busy time for celebrity relationships of all types.

Jay-Z is a minority owner of the NBA's New Jersey Nets. His fame and name carry far more weight, and have given him at least until now, a far larger role within the organization than his equity stake in the franchise would otherwise warrant.

The Nets have looked to Jay-Z to give them some credibility and glamour, as the franchise has long operated in the shadows of the far more popular and tradition rich team across the river, the New York Knicks. Jay-Z and LeBron James have developed a close friendship in recent years, though sources close to them say that Jay-Z is angry with James for not returning his calls during LeBron's recent free agent tour (or circus, depending upon your perspective).

LeBron's main contribution to the Nets is his image and connections. If he cannot help bring stars such as LeBron James into the fold, or at the very least be in communication with them as they consider their options, his value to the franchise is in question, and so would be his future.

Meanwhile, in another high profile celebrity relationship, this one of the 'broken' variety, the mother of Mel Gibson's child, and his former girlfriend, Oksana Girgorieva, who in recent weeks has released audio tapes of a crazed and threatening Gibson, is said to have more incriminating evidence. While at this point it is questionable how much further damage to Gibson's public image can possibly be done, upcoming court proceedings could be impacted if the news that Girgorieva has incriminating voicemails is proven true.

Finally, the pristine image of rock star Jon Bon Jovi is about to take a bit of a hit. Bon Jovi, who has been married for years to his high school sweetheart and is seen as the clean living prince of New Jersey, had a series of pictures taken featuring him on a bed with four bare breasted women back in the mid 1980's. It seems a former tour manager named Rich Bozett is releasing a book on Monday, July 26 called "Sex, Drugs and Bon Jovi" that has scandalous pictures of Jon Bon Jovi.

So Jay-Z's and LeBron James' relationship is on the rocks, while Mel Gibson's and Oksana Girgorieva's seems beyond repair and Jon Bon Jovi probably has some explaining to do as sexy pictures surface from his past.
