Music on my mind
makes me feel so fine
can you hear a rhyme
count a beat in time
dancing on a star
she's so close, but far
reaching out to hear
what eludes my ear
she means so much to me

Post a CommentThank-You Jesse...much of my writing and my poetry is inspired by "MOI" I don't consider myself a ego-manic but I really love jazz and I write about 150% from my own experiences. If you see my profile you can see I'm not your ordinary African-American or American period. I left the US when I was 3 and lived in TURKEY for seven yrs. Then I lived in Gov. Spitzers's state in Plattsburg New York state then in the start of the elections state New Hampshire in Portsmouth and yes i have seen some of the West Coast mostly Washington in Seattle & Tacoma,Bellvue and Burien and in Cali Shasta and Redding and maybe LA but I was in Jr High school then I went to Britain grad of HS in jolly ole UK wanted to go to CAMBRIDGESHIRE UNIVERSITY but not enuff time to complete my A and O levels anymore about me you will get bored outside that my poetry is written for my wife who i met in germany 20 yrs ago and we spent our honeymoon in Paris and visited the city 5 times I speak no French just some Chinese,Tu
