JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants

Consumer Product Review

Thomas J McCabe

As I type this article, I am wearing a pair of very comfortable green, navy blue and turqoise plaid JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants. One of two pairs of these pajama pants that my wonderful aunt gave to me as gifts, these two pairs of pajama pants are among my favorite items to wear.

Stafford is a JCPenney store brand line of mens wear. There are many types of Stafford men's pajama pants available and I think they are good products to review. Presented here, in an effort to assist the consumer, is an article which reviews and examines JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants.

Sizes
JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants are sold in medium, large, X-large and Xx large sizes, as well as regular, tall and big sizes .

Styles
Many styles of JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants are available in standard type, full length pants. Some are named woven pants, In addition to full length options, several other styles are normally in stock at JCPenney stores and / or on their web site (jcpenney.com).

Several types of JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants sleep shorts are available online and at their stores. These include Woven Jam lightweight cotton knee length, short cut nylon tricot and knee length knit styles.

Most of the varieties of these men's pajamas are made of 100% cotton, but some are made of nylon and others are made of a blend of cotton, modal and spandex.

Special Features
As with every JCPenney product I've ever encountered, their men's Stafford pajama pants are high quality products. Most of the pajama pants feature elastic waistbands, with varying types of draw cords. The draw cords on the two pairs of JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants that I have are made of the same material as the pants and measure roughly 1/4 inch in width.

Most of the styles of these men's pajamas feature side pockets, which are pretty deep. The fronts on the different styles include button flys and snap flys.

Colors / Designs
A multitude of designs are available on JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants. Reliable standbys such as solid black, gray, burgundy and navy blue are offered, but the plaid designs and tasteful color schemes that are available are all very attractive and aesthetically - pleasing.

Prices
The prices listed for JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants on the JCPenney web site range between $12.99 - $37.99. Most of the items shown feature 'sale' prices, with the average being $14.99 - $21.99.

In this reviewer's humble opinion, these prices are very reasonable. The comfort and versatility offered by these pajamas make the price definitely worth it.

Comfortability
When it comes to comfortability, both of the pairs of JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants that I regularly wear can't be beat. Putting on either pair of these pajamas almost provides a signal to the body to relax. I would rather wear a pair of these pajama pants than regular pants on many occasions, but that probably wouldn't be very appropriate.

On a comfortability scale of one through ten, I would rate these pajama pants a 10.

Versatility
Here in Hartford, Connecticut, I frequently see people wearing pajama pants out in public, like they were regular pants. Last Sunday evening, I went over to the CVS Pharmacy located across the street from my apartment to buy a couple of bottles of Dr. Pepper, wearing a pair of JCPenney Men's Stafford Pajama Pants and moccasins, with a tee shirt and wind breaker on top. It felt great to wear the pajama pants in public and I wish I could do it more often. Practicality rules such actions out, however.

When I saw myself in a full length mirror at CVS, the pajama pants looked good with the tee shirt and jacket. To me, they pretty much looked like regular pants.

Care
The tag on the inside of my pajama pants says to machine wash warm and tumble dry. Every week, I wash these pajamas along with the rest of my clothes in a regular hot water wash and tumble dry and they come out fine.
