Jeff Orenstein of Chapman BMW is one of those "Right" people. Since August of 2004, he has worked with BMW clients, helping them make the right choice for them, for their families and for their futures.

Jeff knows that just like buying a house or trying to decide what college you want to attend, you first have to determine what you want out of that house or college. Jeff knows what questions to ask to help his clients make the right choice.

Born is Springfield, Massachusetts, Jeff has lived in New York, New Jersey and even Kansas before moving with his wife Sandi to the valley of the sun in 2001. Jeff knows the value of hard work, having shoveled snow, provided daycare and auto detailing services to earn money while attending college obtaining both an Associate's Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.

Beginning his automotive career with Saturn in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, taught Jeff a consultative style of selling; "No haggle, no hassles". In his 9 years with Saturn, Jeff held many positions, from sales consultant, new car sales manager, pre-owned sales manager to Leasing Manager.

All of this experience and hard work ethic is what makes Jeff stand out at Chapman BMW. Since 2004 when he made the change to BMW, he has worked hard to maintain the ability to understand and listen to his client's needs. He understands that while we all recognize brand loyalty is important in "the world of cars", Dealer loyalty is also important. A sales consultant must know his clients' needs and work to ensure that their buying experience is a positive one. By making his clients feel comfortable with their experience, his clients will also feel comfortable in referring their friends, family and co-workers to Jeff for their own automotive needs. And, because the Chapman Group owns several different franchises, Jeff can help anyone buy just about any kind of make of car out there, from BMW to Chevy's, both new and pre-owned.

With 16 years of car business experience, Jeff knows what it takes to take care of his clients. He treats his position with Chapman BMW as if this were his own business, wanting to ensure that anyone who steps into their showroom has a positive experience, that their needs and expectations are met, and that when it comes time to make a change, that he is the one they come to. "When a client comes in or calls me, wanting another vehicle or wants to refer a friend to me after they've already purchased a vehicle, I couldn't ask for a bigger compliment. It just shows that I've done my job, right the first time."
