I received an email last week from a friend of mine about going to a Spa this past weekend. Since I was feeling a bit stressed lately, I thought I would look into the opportunity. Once you walk through the glass doors you immediately catch a glimpse of the beauty that lies within. With beautiful marble and natural stones everywhere that that eye can see is almost breathtaking! Jeju Sauna and Wellness is a facility for the entire family. There is a separate men and women's Spa, so at Jeju you are free to be you.

Let me explain further. Jeju Sauna and Wellness has several sections that require "no clothing" and when I say no clothing, I mean "no clothing" at all. These areas are private and gender separated. Which means that you can enjoy a wet or dry sauna in your birthday suite as well as the warm or cold Jacuzzis? Then within the private areas are massages that include scrubs, herbs and hot stones that also require you to go all natural. This concept was a little strange at first as I thought it was an invasion of privacy, but once you're having your treatments you almost forget that you are bare.

Those of you who are less adventurous, the other Sauna areas at Jeju Sauna and Wellness requires you to be fully clothe and they have supply you with colorful clothing to wear to enjoy your Salt, Clay, Jade or charcoal Saunas. Each of these Saunas are like little huts inside this massive building that are not only beautiful to look at, but have healing properties within the natural elements. There are grass cloths, natural mats and pillows within each hut and you're able to lie down and relax or even practice a little yoga as you take in the beauty and wellness benefits.

Jeju Sauna and Wellness basically created a little slice of heaven right the heart of the city. They also offer traditional massages, hair, nails and even serve great food. Jeju Sauna and Wellness spared no expense in creating a serene, comfortable and beautiful environment. Again, the cost for 24 hours is only $25.00 for ages 13 and up, $15.00 for ages 12 and under and $20.00 for ages 65 and over. Other services that cost an extra fee include acupressure massage, gold special massage with scrub, foot massage, hip massage and more.

I must say that I have never seen a Spa that gives you everything that you desire and so much more.

You can even sleep over night at the Jeju Sauna and Massage in the separate women's facility where there are beds that sit on the beautiful marble floors or you can sleep in the common area that is extremely spacious. There is relaxing soft music playing and you're free to enjoy television as they have a very large flat screen for your viewing pleasure.

Jeju Sauna and Wellness also has a fully equipped workout facility for you to get a great workout in. They have treadmills, mats for exercise, weight balls, bikes and elliptical. If you are concerned about getting sweaty; no worries my friends, Jeju Sauna and Wellness offers beautiful shower facilities that include exotic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and coconut scrubs.
