While shopping at a West Hartford, Connecticut Walgreens Pharmacy last week, I spotted a display rack filled with boxes of Jell-O brand Pistachio Instant Pudding & Pie Filling. Simply mix the contents of the box with two cups of milk and beat for two minutes. I mixed it vigorously with a spoon for two minutes, which worked out fine. The pudding soft-sets in five minutes.
