It took years for Jim to win Pam Beesly's heart and get her to the altar on The Office, but the real life Pam, Jenna Fischer, married writer Lee Kirk on July 3 with much less fuss and drama. The 36-year-old actress kept the event under wraps, so few details are known.

Her costar on The Office, Rainn Wilson, who plays Ed Haims, attended. Wilson announced the event on Twitter when he got home from the reception.

Fischer and Kirk have dated since 2008. Kirk asked Fischer to marry him last year during a European vacation.

It's the second marriage for Fisher who married James Gunn in 2000, and divorced in him 2007.

Fischer plays the deadpan favorite Pam on The Office. She won an Emmy for 2007 for Best Supporting actress on the show, and even has her own bobblehead. Her comment roots reach far and wide. Among her past television credits are a recurring role on the irreverent Six Feet Under, as well as guest-starring spots on That '70s Show, Cold Case, Miss Match, Strong Medicine, What I Like About You, Off Centre, Undeclared and Spin City.

Before that, she played a character much like Pam. In real life, before acting, she worked as an administrative assistant. She can type 85 words per minute.

While Lee Kirk is a writer, he appeared in an episode of The Office in 2010 entitled: The Delivery, Part II. In 2008, he also appeared on film, as Schroeder in A Very Peanuts Christmas.
