Jenni Farley Pics Are...Nude?

Jenni "JWoww" Farley Becomes Latest Reality Star to "Bare it All"

Jenni Farley pics are the viral internet photos du jour, making "JWoww" from MTV's Jersey Shore the latest reality TV "star" to make headlines for baring it all. Sunday, news of Jennifer Jones from VH1's "The Entertainer" racy pictures spawned a mini-sex scandal that lead to the contestant being removed from the popular dating reality show.

Jenni Farley isn't going to lose much of anything because of the pictures. She's not in a dating show. She's hailed as a "breakout star" and is working on her own clothing line.

For those racing to see the nude pics, you can stop. They currently aren't on the web, although it wouldn't be surprising to see them pop up within the next couple of days.

Why is it that reality TV show stars make so many headlines? Why is it that when news of a racy photo or pseudo-sex scandal breaks, we are all over it?

Perhaps it's because our lives are boring. Most of what we are surrounded with is bad news. Our economy is hemorrhaging jobs, everyone on Capital Hill is fighting one another, people in Haiti are dying every day because of the recent earthquakes, and we are still fighting two wars in the middle east. Terrorist are blowing up troops and trying to crash our planes, and there's no end in sight.

So...what's more interesting: reading about Obama's first State of the Union speech where he will talk about the past year and how nothing's really changed for the better, or surfing and finding the scoop about some nude photos of a reality TV show star?

Exactly my point.

JWow's clothing line will also feature party tops that leave very little to the imagination, according to LaToya West, About.com's Reality TV guide. Perhaps the photo was taken to promote her line...after all, sex does sell.

Then again, since the photos haven't made their internet debut, perhaps they are one big myth? Maybe people are moving on from celebrity death hoaxes in favor of nude photo scandal hoaxes.

I'd rather see the later. The death hoaxes always creep me out. Worst case scenario that will come from a photo hoax is that no photo surfaces and you are a little disappointed. Worst case scenario about a death hoax is you assume something's a hoax, and then you find out it's real and you feel awful for shrugging off the news.

Then again, the story could have been fabricated just to make Jenni Farley's new clothing line gain popularity. Hey - I never heard of it before today's nude photo scandal, and I am sure I am not alone.

I know you're supposed to be a bunch of SEO geniuses and everything, but that's not JWOWW in the picture, idiots.
