Jennifer Aniston is Going to Prison for Goree Girls

Jennifer Aniston will be going to prison and staring in the true story of an all-female country band that back in the 1940's in a Texas prison according to Variety. The film will begin production in January of 2010. The film is based on the O Sister, Where Art Thou? by Skip Hollandsworth from the 2003 Texas Monthly. It is about eight inmates in the Goree prison unit that formed one of the first all-female country and western acts in the country, and they nearly all vanished forever. Jennifer Aniston is also playing the role of Eloise in a film titled Love Happens that will be released on September 18, 2009. Also starring in the film is Aaron Eckhart, Judy Greer, Martin Sheen, and Sasha Alexander. The film is about a widower who turns into a best-selling self-help guru and one a business trip; he falls for a woman (Jenifer Aniston) who attended one of his seminars. She also has another film that is in Post-production and will be playing the role of Kassie in the The Baster. This film will be released sometime in 2010. While the film The Baster is in Post Production, she is currently filing and playing the role of Casidy in The Bounty that will be released sometime in 2010. Also starring in the film is Gerard Butler, Christine Baranski, and Siobhan Fallon. There have been some rumors about Gerard Butler dating Jenifer Aniston. According to the WENN, the Scottish actor dismissed reports that he is dating Aniston after they were spoted arm-in-arm on a romantic stroll on a Los Angeles beach and he insist that their relationship is purely professional, yet admits that he has fantasized with her while they were filming the new movie.

Jennifer Aniston has just won an iParenting Media Award for the children's book and CD titled Loukoumi's Good Deeds, which she narrated along with John Aniston according to Entertainment tonight. Jennifer Joanna Aniston was born on February 11, 1969 in Sherman Oaks, California to a Italian-Scottish descent mother, Nancy Dow who is an actress and a Green American father, John Aniston who is an actor. She lived in Greece for one year as a child and then grew up in New York City. According to HelloMagazine, her parents divorced in 1980 and Jennifer lived mainly with her mother.

She began her acting in 1989 when she moved to Los Angeles, California. Many people know Jennifer Aniston as Rachel on the television show Friends, or as Brad Pitt's ex-wife. Besides the televisions hit show Friends from 1994 until 2004, she was also in the sitcom Ferris Bueller that debuted in 1990, but was canceled within its first season. Jennifer Aniston was also in an American sketch comedy television series titled, The Edge that was on the Fox television network from 1992 to 1993. She appeared in a her first television movie titled Camp Cucamonga in 1990 and made her first feature film debut in Leprechaun in 1993.

Jennifer Aniston has won many awards for her television show Friends, which were a Screen Actors Guild Award in 1996, a Prime time Emmy Award in 2002, a Golden Globe Award in 2003, a Logie Award in 2004. She has also won three Teen Choice Awards for The Good Girl in 2002, Bruce Almighty in 2003, and The Break-up in 2006 as well as winning a People's Choice Award for the Break-up.
