These are the movies starring Jennifer Aniston that have made at least $100 million dollars worldwide at the box office. To date she has been in 21 movies and just 6 of them have made over $100 million dollars. So Rupert Everett might have a point but overall the movies she has been in have made more far more money than they cost.
At the end are a list of flops Jennifer Aniston has starred in.
Jennifer Aniston Movie Hits that Made $100 Million or More at Box Office

5) Along Came Polly (2004) - $172 million
In Along Came Polly Jenifer Aniston stars alongside Ben Stiller and Alec Baldwin. Jen does a good job playing the quirky girlfriend of Ben Stiller in yet another romantic comedy. This movie started a string of romantic comedies for Jennifer Aniston which have been box office successes.
6) The Bounty Hunter (2010) - $136 million
In The Bounty Hunter Jennifer Aniston stars alongside Gerard Butler who plays a bounty hunter who must capture his ex-wife played by Jennifer Aniston. The movie stinks but still was a box office success making $136 million from a $40 million dollar budget.

6) Friends With Money - $18.2 million
Overall Jennifer Aniston has been in as many movie flops as hits so Rupert Everett may have a point. Still she is a well known celebrity and ads appeal to most of the movies she is in.
Jennifer Aniston's biggest rival in Hollywood and in real life is Angelina Jolie and without any doubt Angelina Jolie is a bigger celebrity and a bigger box office movie draw. And Angelina beat out Jen with Brad Pitt.

Post a CommentAngelina has had movies gross 100 million domestically on her name alone, like Salt and Wanted.
Angelina's movies have higher budgets because studios have faith in her. Aniston could never get a big budget movie on her name alone, she has to have an A list male costar like Sandler or Vince Vaughn. Movies she headlines have very low budgets and so of course they make back their money. The Switch, Love Happens etc made so little but because Aniston gets paid so little it does not lose much. She is a TV star and should go back to where she belongs. She is too bland and boring to be in movies.
What a ridiculous comment. If Aniston and Jolie are equal why does Jolie get paid more and is in bigger budget movies?
Where's your info? Easy to leave a comment without proof of anything.
This is the most ridiculous article - if you compared Jolie's entire film career to Aniston's (box office takes versus production budgets) you would find they actually are very similar in terms of box office - particularly when you exclude animated pics whose success/failure has nothing at all to do with a star's box office power. In fact, Aniston has fewer flops than Jolie overall. People get fooled by the amount of money taken in by a picture - and never considered that a success only occurs where this number exceeds the amount spent to produce the film.
