Jersey City's Mayor Should Lead: Leaders Should Unite

Crime in Jersey City is Getting Bad, and It's Gun Plus Teen Crime!

The vibe in Jersey City is getting too way out of control when it comes to armor on the streets. People are picking and choosing sides, when its leadership and healing that we need to end the rush and vibe for violent crimes. We are in that time and this moment for change, and the type of change that we need can only come with unity. Unity in where all views are respected, and taken to account-were fearing the other party because of inner fears only leads to gridlock-plus confusion. We just can't afford that problem where the children of the future are in a crossroad.

What need to happen in order to abstain a great and better community are leaders, and community must find un-political grounds to heal the town. The Mayor must place more efforts into community based programs, and not the ruling of Armor on the streets. Activist and other influential leaders should speak up not attack the administration. We just can't continue to run to the news, for 5 minute face time, and local chest pumps about what going wrong with the city and offer no solutions.

My solution to this problem is to help these teens with a positive face, and a real role-model of their generation. A type of program that can groom leaders before they can become criminals! It a program, where giving them a mentor, and a job-with the fundamental tools to lead the generation X! It will help in taking lost kids, who can have their lives turned around that chance to know more about personal financing, and working with banks. You see if they knew how to make money legally, they wouldn't be on the streets-implanting the life of poverty. Yes, we have a problem with drugs and crime, but it's a problem felicitated by the addiction America has on drugs.

The program in which I am trying to fuse and talk about is called: The Next Generation of Leaders' Program, and a movement I am fusing-has trademark rights, on paten laws, and copyrights too under Coaches! 101. Jersey City, New Jersey is going to need or have a need to bring this program into the light of the future. Now is that time to bring the youth back into the process, and now is that time to help the youth-we can't afford to cut agendas, in order to save a budget. We can't afford to push the can down agendas for the Next Generation to solve, and we can't afford the lack of transparency or oversight to how government treats the people it's designed to protect.

People have been saying to the groups that run the program: The Next Generation of Leaders: you must know the difference in Governing and campaigning. Well, the Generation waiting next to lead has learned how to run for office, while governing a country in the process.
