Jersey Shore Confessions on Today Show

Jersey Shore Cast is the Opposite of Humble on Today Show

Roz Zurko
Six of the seven Jersey Shore Cast did the Today Show this morning. The only one absent was Ronnie who, "The Situation", said "was so happy about coming back for Season 2, he decided to sleep in." They are all coming back for a second season which starts filming next month. The cast reports the filming will be "someplace warm" and not the Jersey Shore this season.

When shown some clips from Jersey Shore and asked if they were acting, because the scenes were somewhat moronic, the cast all piped up and proudly said that there is absolutely no acting or script, everything you see them do and say, is really them. I could not believe they did not take this chance to redeem themselves somewhat by saying some of the over the edge and not so smart behaviors were exaggerated for the sake of the show. No, they were insistent that what you see is really them. This just gives validation to what people are saying- These people are clueless!

Sammy was asked if she and Ronnie are still together and she said, "We are very happy", never once pinning down that they were happy together. Anyway, where was Ronnie at this big publicity appearance? Is he tied up or is this beneath him now that he is big time?

The group was asked how they feel when they hear Italian American groups coming out and shooting the show down because of the way the Jersey Shore cast represent Italian Americans. Their answer was that they represent no one but themselves. Jen or Jwoww jumped in and said I have education, "two bachelors and two businesses", what ever this might mean. She pointed at the other cast who was going to college (with her finger).

Pauly, who is the oldest at 28 years old, referred to himself and the cast as teenagers. That was a slip that gave us some insight about a man who does not want to grow up. 28 is a far stretch from being a teenager, someone needs to sit down and have a talk with that "boy".

"The Situation" is very proud that people are dressing like the cast, doing the fist pump like the cast and using all the lingo of the cast. He lets the audience know that if you don't like him or the cast, "too bad because 5 million people tune in who do".

Can anyone from the cast of the Jersey Shore spell HUMBLE? Ok, we already know the answer to that, but does anyone know what that means? These kids are lucky that MTV stumbled upon a show that works. They are even luckier to get a chance to be on this show. The one thing to remember there, "The Situation", is that it would work with any seven young adults who have no morals.

Snookie, Jwoww, "The Situation", and cronies, keep in mind this is your 15 minutes. Learn what HUMBLE means and practice it. Your high and mighty ride will be a thing of the past next year at this time and so will your gelled up hair!

i hope they saved what they got paid because it is douptful that they will be able to get a job anywhere other than the food service industry and i appologize to the people in the food service industry for that insult.

These kids are getting their five minutes of fame and are very full of themselves right now. Where is their future going, maybe another year or two but this is far from real life and they will have to grow up one day and see what reality is really like!

I don't get MTV, but if I did, this would be a good one to watch! Good coverage as usual, Roz.

I think I might have to tune into this show for one laugh, but I think that might be it. I will see! Thanks. You make them all sound so amusing and moronic. HA HA
