"Jersey Shore" Episode 18 Recap: The End is the Beginning is the End.

Well last night's "Jersey Shore" ran the gamut on the feelings scale, didn't it? There was awkwardness, love, hate, love, then hate, more awkwardness, a little more love, a little more hate, do I stay or do I go...and a stripper pole.

So let's talk about what happened last night with out beloved Guidos Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Jenni "J-Woww" Farley, Paul "Pauly D" Del Vecchio, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronni Magro, Deena Cortese, and Sammi Giancola.

We begin this episode with Jenni and Snooki still in New York retrieving Jenni's dogs after the big break up with Tom. Hilarity ensues as the girls take on the 'do it yourself' project of changing the locks on the house. Finally, the locks are changes, dogs loaded up, an the Escalade heads back to Seaside Heights.

Meanwhile, Snooki's best friend, Ryder, arrives at the shore house, and it's totes awkward as she hangs out with Vinny because, you see...VInny and Ryder had "relations" last year which hurt Snooki's feelings because she sort of secretly loves Vinny.

It's Ryder's birthday and she is sadsies that Snooki is running late on her way back with J-Woww after the big dog rescue. So Deena decides to take her out for her birthday, and they have a swell time. They were entertaining to watch together. Deena's basically just a louder version of Snooki, so I find them completely interchangeable.

Off to their favorite nightclub Karma they go later in the night, and this is the beginning of the end for Sammi's sanity. She sees Ronnie talking to a female, and goes completely bananas. Of course, she hasn't completely recovered from his betrayal in Miami, but Ronnie seriously didn't do anything to make her mad.

The thing with Ronnie and Sammi that is the most frustrating is they never fight about the issue. They fight about everything they've ever fought about, and it's draining.

Everyone heads back to the house, the guys have a few girls, Jenni is hooking up with her rebound guy, Roger, Deena has "Fake Ronnie" Dean, and well...Sammi and Ronnie are upstairs fighting.

Screaming, yelling, yelling, screaming, and finally Ronnie just loses it and throws all of Sammi's stuff all over the bedroom. More yelling, screaming, screaming, yelling, and eventually Sammi retreats to her throne, known as her bed, and Ronnie goes out on the roof.

While all this drama is going on, there's some silly times going on in the house. A "Grenade" is loose, so Vinny finds a vuvuzela, or a "Grenade Whistle" if you will, to sound the alarm that there is an ugly girl in the house. The girl leaves, but the plan backfires as Vinny's girl Gina, has her crazy uncle and a posse of male relatives suddenly show up to escort her out of there and away from the clutches of Vinny and Seabiscuit.

Ronnie's a crying mess over this fight with Sammi, and J-Woww is comforting him, trying to explain why they told Sammi about him being a dog in Miami. Jenni and Ronnie make up and are friends again. Now there wouldn't have been any drama over this had that pot stirrer Mike not gone into Sammi's room to ask her if she had any extra condoms. I know, that's kin of gross to think about, but while he's looking for some, Sammi asks where Ronnie is an Mike says, "Talking to Jenni."

Oh man! It was as if the gates of Hell opened up! Sammi goes flying downstairs, and screams at Ronnie, "Are you friends with her?!" for no less than 20 minutes, and finally Ronnie, worn out and broken from dealing with a crazy person says, "yes." So Sammi full on punches him in the face!! Crazy!

She vows to leave, everyone wants her to stay, and blah, blah, blah...boring. Go home Sammi. Please Go home.

Ronnie sits outside and flicks his lighter all night.

But then they make up, and here we go again...only not for the rest of this episode.

All the couples go on date night, and Vinny takes Snooki out to cheer her up, and they purchase a stripper pole. Totally what that house needs, right? Hilarity ensues as all the meat-head guys give us their best moves. Pretty funny stuff. We needed a laugh after what we just went through with Sammi and Ronnie.

We end this episode back at Karma, with Jenni and Sammi burying the hatchet and hugging it out. Deena tells off Dean for spreading a gross rumor about her. Everyone in the house seems shiny and happy again. Until next week, where guess what? Sammi and Ronnie start fighting again.
