"Jersey Shore" Season 3: How Did Deena Do? Plus the Best Quotes and Moments

Season 3 of the "Jersey Shore" got off to a bang from the beginning thanks to Sammi and Ronnie choosing to turn the upstairs room into their lair of doom and gloom. However, "Jersey Shore" season 3 was also spiced up a little bit by the presence of Snooki's BFF Deena. So how did Deena do on her first episode?

Well, Deena got "butt naked" in front of the Situation (supposedly by accident) after pretending to look for her "blast in a glass" hat; called Sammi the C-word; and got dangerously close to hooking up with the Situation (who had to "hit the eject button") and Vinny (this definitely caused a little drama with Snooki, since Vinny "smooshed" her best friend Ryder despite Snooki's extremely obvious feelings for him). All in all she'll definitely be an asset to the cast, and while Deena didn't get to end her two-month dry spell, the girl that has bragged about sleeping with three guys in one night will likely have her fair share of hookups on season 3 of the "Jersey Shore". The first episode of "Jersey Shore" season 3 might have been hook-up free, but there were plenty of other memorable moments. Here's a look at some of the best:

Some of the funniest quotes came as Deena got her fair share of "Jersey Shore" nicknames. She referred to herself as a "blast in glass", which the Situation had a hard time remembering, later referring to as the "blast from the past" and "blast in a cup". He also called her Rookie of the Year (although "Rookie Snooki" sounds better) for calling Sammi the C-word, while Ronnie went with the more derogatory "Gremlin Snooki". Deena also called herself a "walking holiday", inspiring one of the Situation's funniest quotes of the episode when he stated that if Deena was a holiday, she'd be Thanksgiving, because she's down for a lot of stuffing.

Not to be outdone, Snooki had plenty of great moments and quotes on the first episode of season three. She was happy to be heading back to the Jersey Shore where she has better luck with guys, referring to it as "gorilla juicehead guido heaven" (I'd hate to see her hell). She also introduced us to her tickle-me Elmo vibrator (which looked more like one of Kermit's fingers), and confidently told Deena that her BFF would surely have sex with Pauly D at the beginning of the show. She gave Deena the dish on all her new costars, pointing out that Ron becomes single when he drinks (it seemed like she was trying to let her friend know which guys were not off-limits when it comes to smooshing). Snooki later complained about how Vinny will have sex with grenades but not her in what was almost the hot tub's first hookup of the season, stating that she was going to have "done ties" with Vinny if he smooshed another of her friends. She also referred to herself as "a squirrel monkey" when talking about her fighting style.

Speaking of monkeys, Vinny had a few funny quotes of his own during the episode, comparing his need to be at the "Jersey Shore" to how "a monkey has to go to the f***ing jungle". He also stated that he likes his women like his meatball meat, "80 percent lean; 20 percent fat." (Although Pauly D pointed out it was really the other way around). Vinny also introduced us to the newest must-have item for the GTL crowd: a shower caddy that looks like a pair of Crocs turned into a purse.

Pauly D was almost absent from this episode, as were Sam and Ronnie. The King and Queen spent most of the episode hiding away in their tower, not coming down until Deena came up to try and snuggle with the Situation. Deena had earlier attempted to start a conversation with Princess Sammi, who simply looked down her nose at the only girl in the house even attempting to be kind to her. So when Sammi snickered at her failed attempt to snuggle with Sitch, all hell broke loose. Deena loudly complained to her cast mates about Sammi, but it wasn't until white knight/meat shield Ronnie went downstairs that Sammi mustered the courage to hide behind him while confronting Deena. And when Deena didn't do an adequate job of putting Sammi in her place, Jwoww and Snooki stepped in for the season's first catfight.

So what else do we have to look forward to in season 3 of "Jersey Shore"? Well, from the preview, it looks like JWoww gets to Sammi by befriending Ronnie (which might have something to do with why Sammi is shown leaving the show); it looks like Ronnie might get a "Ronoscopy"; Jwoww goes through a rough breakup with her guy; we see Snooki's arrest take place; and the guy's discover a "grenade whistle". So it looks like there will be plenty more crazy quotes and moments to come in this explosive season of "Jersey Shore".
