Jersey Shore Season 4 Trailer Filled with Fights, Crashes

Jersey Shore Season 4 will be a big occasion. But that's not just the case because the gang is turning Italy upside down, complete with Snooki already getting arrested. For a while it looked like Season 4 would be the end of an era since Vinni and The Situation were both rumored to have left for good during filming of Season 5. But for now, it seems the Italy adventure won't be the last with the entire crew together -- although if it was, they might have saved the biggest chaos for last.

MTV released the first official trailer for the new year before the Aug. 4 premiere. However, a good deal of the footage is already common knowledge, since incidents like Snooki's car crash and a huge brawl between Mike and Ronnie were already leaked.

Given that the group created international incidents this time around, it's a wonder they got out of Italy alive. However, for all of the madness promised in the trailer, and all of the obvious culture-clashing to come, the cast may not have exhausted its level of chaos in Italy.

Once they returned to film Season 5 back in New Jersey, there were reports that both The Situation and Vinny had stormed out for good. As such, it briefly appeared the visit to Italy would have been the last with the original cast. However, this is a show where housemates storm out all the time and relationships regularly fall apart only to get "fixed" a day or two later.

So both Vinny and The Situation were found back at the Seaside house at the start of last week, according to Hollywood.com. Therefore, all these rumors did was fuel expectations for next year and what fights might have happened to drive both of them out. That is quite a feat, since this year's action and all of its intense brawls haven't even aired yet.

But the cast pretty much has to fight, brawl, break up and make up in more intense ways than usual, if only to keep interest in the show alive. That is why MTV comes up with stunts like unleashing the kids on Italy, where they can get into crashes and punch each other silly on foreign soil. Yet it seems they still have those talents on American soil as well.

At the moment, the main morbid curiosity around the show is how those talents translate in Italy. The wait to find out is almost over, however, as Jersey Shore will unveil its long awaited new season Aug. 4. But until then, fans can fire themselves up by watching the trailer or re-reading the reports of fist fights and car crashes on the "set."
