Jesse James' ex-wife and former porn star suing for custody of their six year-old is Janine Lindemulder. Ironically, Lindemulder was jailed for tax evasion in 2008. If that's not bad enough for filing for custody, she lives in a halfway house!
According to GossipCop reports, the ex-wife and former porn star of Jesse James is using the fallout of Sandra Bullock's marriage as justification in filing for custody of their daughter.
Is Sunny better off with an alleged adulterer as a father or a former porn star, tax evader in a halfway house for a mother? Wow. This whole scandal is nothing more than a spectacle of non-sense. Good thing Sandra Bullock is far away from these nasty scenes.
With the instability Jesse James and Janine Lindemulder have in their lives, where the custody of their daughter will be put is anyone's guess. Why are the most irresponsible adults the ones with young children at their mercy? Maybe the court will be so disgusted they don't think either parent is fit.
Jesse James' ex-wife filed custody legal documents and has a court date set for June 14.

The children are always the ones who hurt the most and the longest!
Personally I think the children should go to a responsible grandparent or aunt.
Oh for heaven's sake. How did Sandra ever get involved in this "family" in the first place?
