Jesse James is Fighting About a HIV Test

Jesse James is in a new battle and this one has to do with HIV testing, according to RadarOnline. His ex-wife Janine Lindemulder cannot see Sunny until she is tested for HIV, which is something James is allegedly demanding.

This alleged demand of James' may be due to the recent news of a popular porn star testing positive for HIV. Janine being a porn star, he apparently wants her tested to be around Sunny.

Lundemulder says she has had never had contact with the male porn star who tested positive for HIV. She also said she does not have HIV because she has already been tested when making the porn movies and when she was in jail.

Lindemulder says that since James has been more sexually active than she has, he is more at risk for HIV and he should be tested. Lindermulder believes this is one more excuse for James to keep Sunny away from her.

One person who must be very happy to be away from this circus is Sandra Bullock. Although her heart must be breaking for Sunny.

Lindermulder said that she does not have HIV, but even if she did have HIV, she would still have a right to see Sunny. Having HIV would not be a reason for the courts not to allow visitation of Sunny.

If this allegation is true, than James has more than likely gotten many people upset. People have worked hard for years to put an end to the stigma attached to those who have HIV. He is just perpetuating the stigma if he wants to keep Sunny away from her mother if she has HIV.

James is not a stranger for alienating the masses. He did this when his picture surfaced on line where he was posing as "Hitler." He was seen with the hat and salute while depicting this evil man. When the picture surfaced online many people were upset.

According to HIV Info Source, a child cannot get HIV from living in the same house with a parent. It is not transferred by casual contact. There should be no health reasons for James to keep Sunny away from her mother in case she may have HIV, if these reports are true.
