Jesse James, Roseanne Barr Both Suffer Hexes from Their Exes (Links)

It looks like Jesse James and Roseanne Barr are bearing the wrath or at least feeling the brunt of their ex spouses' axes this weekend and neither situation appears to be simmering down.

Jesse James' ex Janine Lindenmulder was arrested today (January 29) in Austin, Texas for harassing Jesse.

According to RadarOnline.com, a statement was released to them from the Hays County Sheriff's Department which read, "Janine Marie James, age 41, was arrested by Hays County Sheriff's Deputies at 0900 hours on three outstanding Class B Harassment warrants. Janine Marie James was taken to the Hays County Jail where she was booked. No bonds have been set at this time."

James and Lindenmulder have a daughter together named Sunny whom they are engaged in a bitter custody fight. After James and Sandra Bullock divorced in 2010, James moved to Austin in order for Sunny to be able to maintain a relationship with step-mom Bullock.

In other ex news, Roseanne Barr has a filed a lawsuit against ex Ben Thomas whom she was married to from 1995 - 2002. Thomas, who was her former bodyguard, went to court in October, 2010 after Roseanne backed out of an agreement to fly Ben and his new spouse to see Roseanne and Ben's son, Buck in Hawaii where they now live.

Apparently Barr was paying all the expenses associated with Ben and his new wife's travel to Hawaii, but according to Ben sent him an email stating "I'm no longer interested in abiding by this ridiculous arrangement".

Roseanne also wrote that Ben could pay for travel and room himself if he wanted to see their son.
