Trying his best to keep busy amidst scandal, Jesse James was spotted leaving the home he shares with Sandra Bullock in Huntington Beach, California on Sunday (March 21).

Still wearing his wedding ring, the sex scandal plagued motorcycle man was besieged by paparazzi as he headed off to log a few hours at West Coast Choppers.

According to sources in the know, James has been down in the dumps since Michelle "Bombshell" McGee took their alleged 11-month affair public.

An insider tells People magazine, "He was very quiet. He seems very upset but also very happy to be back at work."

The source adds, "Everyone is just trying to be understanding and supportive. He is actually a really nice guy and a good friend."

Yesterday police were called to the home of Jesse James and Sandra Bullock after James' oldest daughter Chandler was forced to call the police on Saturday (March 20), when a heated argument escalated between a neighbor and the on-hand press.

Police spoke with Chandler for a few minutes as well as the overzealous neighbor and left the scene after the argument settled.

Meanwhile, Sandra Bullock has stayed mum about the heart-breaking situation, but has since moved out of the family's home.
