Jessica Simpson is a singer/songwriter/actress that is well known by many in the world today. She has starred in movies such as The Dukes of Hazard and has released several well known songs that are loved by many. Jessica Simpson is a very dominant celebrity in the tabloids and her appearance is something that is discussed by millions. She has always been seen as a beautiful girl, especially when she appeared in a bikini for The Dukes of Hazard, and performed her hit song 'Boots' in a very provocative video for the movie. At that point, Jessica Simpson was extremely skinny, tan, and everyone loved her because she was simply "beautiful." But what is beauty, really, and what is the price of beauty? In recent months, Jessica Simpson has put on a few pounds and has been attacked by tabloids calling her overweight, and saying that she no longer has that beauty. However, she is out to prove that everyone has a different view of beauty, and that it's okay to just be yourself. The priority is to be happy with yourself and then everyone will see your beauty, and if they don't who cares. Jessica Simpson has traveled the world trying to figure out what different cultures think the price of beauty is, and she has created a documentary that will air soon. My hope is that the Price of Beauty will have an effect on the way people view themselves and others, and that our society will begin to accept people because everyone is "beautiful" in their own way.
