"JFGI" Just F*&king Google it , Remember This Acronym "JFGI" You Will Hear it Often "JFGI"

JFGI is new acronym is sweeping the web and it seems to have come from out of no where. Using these four letters together pretty much sums up what most people should do when they do not know what the hell they are talking about. "JFGI" stands for "Just F*&king Google It."

According to the Urban Dictionary, JFGI is used out of frustration:

"This is an acronym which stands for: Just F*&king Google It.
It is used as an exclamation of frustration when a person is asking you questions that could easily be answered with a simple Google search."

"What do you think the latitude of Paris is?"

Another entry claims JFGI was brought about "by the interminable need of a transnational company to have employees acronym everything and anything. The more obscure the better."

I can see the morning talk shows throwing this around at one another when they are stumbling on a subject. I can just picture one of the co-hosts turning to another and sarcastically telling them to "JFGI".

I can see people at home yelling this acronym at Geraldo Rivera when he starts talking about something in his usual manner of going on and on. When his story starts to become fillers pertaining to him because he isn't exactly sure of the information in totality for the story he is covering. Such as not telling us much information about a battleship he is standing in front of but letting us know that he, himself has a very big boat.

The people at home can scream at Geraldo "JFGI" dude and get on with it".

In a world where acronyms now make their way into the lives of teens more so than actual words, how could we not think that something such as "JFGI" would become popular?

I am sure there are many more acronyms to come that will represent how people are really feeling. I would like to make a few up of my own to use in everyday frustrating situations.

For the woman in the grocery store that is in my way around every bend: "GTFG" - Get the f*&k Going.

For the woman behind the store counter pretending she doesn't see me while talking on the phone: "GOTFP" - Get off the f*&king phone.

For the guy or lady in line at the store buying lottery tickets which is taking 20 minutes and now the line is out the door: "EWTFT" - enough with the f*&king tickets.

For the person fumbling for money and holding up the morning drive thru coffee line: "HTFMR" - have the f*&king money ready.

'

These are just a few of my pet peeves that I see on a daily basis. I don't know, but maybe by having a few acronyms of my own to throw out at these frustrating times will make me feel better.

This is an acronym I can use. Haven't heard it myself, but I don't watch TV. I get my news by JFGIing it.

Do you think that "JGI" would convey the same idea without the culturally acceptable, but arguably crude, "F?" I do, but I suspect old Geraldo can't. It is a part of who he is... quite deliberately... and always has been even when he was a little Jewish kid without a fabricated Hispanic surname. Can you tell I am not a fan?

Who knew that would gain popularity! Thanks, I never heard that.
