The ship on the horizon,
Sails broad and full,
Sunshine sparkles the ocean.
Where is my love,
My life,
Tonight?
On the distant shores,
Green grass grows,
Don't look at it now,
Underestimating life.
A brick falls to earth,
A wall comes tumbling down,
Harmonica plays.
Hesitate not,
But go forth into your life,
A night of fire.
Break on through,
The only thing to do.
Real is unreal,
Caught in a web,
A net of entanglement,
Hear not the birds sing,
But the fish talking.
Aquarius undertaking,
In a sea of tranquility,
Touch me,
The crystal ship,
Gloria has the answers.
Where is Morrison,
When we need the fire?
Riding on the storm,
In the desert,
Lizards leap to touch the sun,
Hide grasshopper in the shade
A new day about done,
Rises in misfortune,
Interest shine thru,
Go back, be the person you are,
Buy a car and ride the ocean wave,
My life you cannot save,
For I am gone forever,
Light my fire!!!!!!!!!
Sails broad and full,
Sunshine sparkles the ocean.
Where is my love,
My life,
Tonight?
On the distant shores,
Green grass grows,
Don't look at it now,
Underestimating life.

The End.

Sad one...but written with much clarity and deep pondering thoughts !
Very nice job on this, great one!!!!!!!!!!!
To me, this seems to have a retro 1960s feel to it...It reads almost like an sad epitaph to Jim Morrison...of course, I was just a little kid when he died, so I could also be totally off the mark. Excellent job on this puzzler.
