The women also claim that the shots that appear to be close ups in the video were actually taken at a distance and without their knowledge. Both women are in there twenties, they are seeking unspecified damages and the removal of the video from YouTube. The lawsuit also indicates that the video has received over 30,000 views on YouTube. The women claim that they are entitled to financial compensation due to the violation of their privacy. However, it is important to note that no profit was generated from this video.
