With an astounding 19 nominations for the 2010 Emmy Awards, the cast of Glee joined host Jimmy Fallon and other stars to open Sunday's broadcast with a Glee-like rendition of Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run". The video can be found here.

The opening montage featured Jimmy Fallon assisting the cast of Glee including Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Reilly and Chris Colfer assemble a glee club of their own to earn the money necessary for tickets to the Emmy awards ceremony. In order to qualify, the crew needs a cast of 10 and sets out to find assistance.

Tina Fey joins the new glee club but they reject Kate Gosselin. Mad Men's Jon Hamm is recruited after taking dance lessons from Betty White. Fey and Fallon are slusheed by Jane Lynch and they agree to allow Lynch to join the new glee club.

While the beginning of the sketch is pre-recorded, the cast takes to the stage of the NOKIA Theater in Los Angeles during the "Born to Run" guitar break and sings live from the "1-2-3-4" through the end. The Glee cast, Fallon and others were also joined onstage by Randy Jackson of American Idol.

In the end, Glee collected two Emmy awards Sunday night including Jane Lynch as Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series and to Ryan Murphy for Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series. Glee also was awarded two other Emmy awards not shown on Sunday night's broadcast.
