JK's NFL Week 2 2009 Picks

Ahhhhh, week 1 of the 2009 NFL season was awesome, one always forget how great football is until it returns. Well enough chitchat let's get to my week 2 NFL picks.

Oakland +3 at Kansas City
Neither of these teams were to impressive in week one, but I kind of like Oakland, call me crazy but I like the Raiders

Houston +6.5 at Tennessee
Basically saying the titans are favored by a touchdown, yah I'll take that, take Tennessee.

New England -4 at NY Jets
This game could turn out to be interesting, but I don't think Sanchez is ready for New England's defense, take the Patriots minus the points.

Cincinnati +9 at Green Bay
Green bay looked good week 1 and the Bengal's lost to the Broncos, this is a big spread, but I like Green Bay.

Minnesota-9.5 at Detroit
Minnesota is less then a ten-point favorite at Detroit, great bet take the Vikings, Detroit still stinks.

New Orleans +1.5 at Philadelphia
Basically a pick'em game. Philadelphia has some health issues at Quarterback and the Saints were flying last week, so I am taking the road team, the Saints.

Carolina +6 at Atlanta
Atlanta looked great last week and Carolina couldn't have looked worse, I expect a better Carolina team to show up, but I like Atlanta.

St. Louis +9.5 at Washington
St. Louis may be the bottom dweller of the league this year, but Washington's offense doesn't put up a lot of points, but there defense might, take Washington.

Arizona +3 at Jacksonville
Tough game to pick here so I am sticking with the home team, take Jacksonville by a little more then a field goal.

Seattle +1.5 at San Francisco
Seattle may be back on track to the playoffs, in basically a pick'em game I am picking Seattle.

Tampa Bay +4.5 at Buffalo
Buffalo looked great against Super Bowl favorite New England, even though they lost. At home I'll take them -4.5 against Tampa Bay.

Cleveland +3 at Denver
Denver's win was a fluke in week 1, and even though they are at home I don't like their chances, take Cleveland.

Baltimore +3 at San Diego
Baltimore looked great on defense at usual and I think they can shut down the Chargers offense, this is a tough game but I am taking the Ravens.

Pittsburgh -3 at Chicago
Wow, maybe the odds makers weren't watching the same games I watched last week, this is a no brainer, take the Steelers.

NY Giants +3 at Dallas
Although I love my Giants, they always struggle in Dallas, I don't like to say it but take the Cowboys.

Indianapolis -3 at Miami
The Monday night game seems like a stinker in my opinion, I like the Colts by a lot.
