JK's NFL Week 6 2009 NFL Picks

This NFL season seems to have more really good teams and really bad then mediocre teams, which can make for some hard spreads. Last week as a little down, but I will try to make up for it this week. Here are my picks for week 6 of the 2009 NFL season against the spread as of 10/13/09.

Kansas City +6.5 at Washington
Both teams haven't played the greatest and I think Washington may win, but not cover. Take Kansas City plus the points.

Houston +5 at Cincinnati
Cincinnati should be undefeated and are starting to beat some better teams. I like Cincinnati minus the points.

Cleveland +14 at Pittsburgh
I don't like this point spread, but I have to take Pittsburgh minus the points.

Baltimore +3 at Minnesota
Baltimore is coming off a loss and Minnesota is undefeated. The spread is only a field goal; so take Minnesota minus the points.

St. Louis +10 at Jacksonville
St. Louis may get Bulger back this weekend and with this large point spread I say take St. Louis plus the points.

NY Giants +3 at New Orleans
Both teams are undefeated so I say take the Giants plus the points.

Carolina -3.5 at Tampa Bay
In a battle of bad teams I think Carolina comes out on top, take Carolina minus the points.

Detroit +13.5 at Green Bay
Two touchdowns is giving an awful lot to a Detroit team that has been playing better. I say take Detroit plus the points.

Philadelphia -14 at Oakland
I think we saw what good teams do to Oakland and the Eagles are a good team, take the Eagles minus the points.

Arizona +2.5 at Seattle
Seattle got their starting quarterback back and that helps, but I think Arizona is the better team, take Arizona plus the points.

Buffalo +10 at NY Jets
I think the Jets will be fired up after a horrible Monday night loss, take the Jets minus the points.

Tennessee +9.5 at New England
Don't bet against New England coming off a loss. Tennessee stinks and New England should be fired up, take the Patriots minus the points.

Chicago +3 at Atlanta
I really like Atlanta and playing at home should give them the edge. Take Atlanta minus the points.

Denver +4 at San Diego
My Broncos are still getting no love; San Diego is not the team everyone thought they would be, take the Broncos getting points.
