Performance appraisals are a big part of any job. Reviews might not be the first thing on your mind when you're getting started, but they serve some "big picture" purposes and can help you to be better at what you do as well. A few of the key reasons for getting a review in your job:

- Offers a platform for requesting professional development opportunities
- Gives your manager an opportunity to offer written praise for your efforts

Post a CommentI will make my message short but my Experience at OfficeMax was horrible, I only went in because I needed to complete a project for my Mom, she needed a poster printed. When I walked in no one helped me at all and everyone was busy in their own little world, I think it was Thursday or Wednesday, anyway when I finally got help it was by an associate with glasses. He was extremely nice and apologized for me having to wait for so long. I told him that it wasn’t his fault the other associates should have come to help me. I pointed at a girl who was very rude to me earlier and asked for her name. The man helping me told me that that was the Impress Manager. I was shocked, in my opinion there is only one good employee, he gave me his card, for safety I won’t give out a name I will just say that he was there one and only graphic designer.
