Joe Montana, Kim Moses Spar Over Memorabilia

Joe Montana is suing ex-wife, Kim Moses, over some love letters and a memorabilia Montana's college days at the University of Notre Dame.

Montana has claimed that the sale violated his copyright and privacy rights, as reported by The Smoking Gun.

Splitting up is hard to do, especially if you have a lot to lose. My relationships have always been kind of windy. I am sure that this is exactly how Joe Montana had felt when his possessions where being sold, he probably felt that they were all just being given away.
