Joe's Jeans - Are They Worth Their Price?

Samantha Jean Lincoln
Joe Dahan founded Joe's Jeans in 2001; all of the jeans designs are completely original. The denim that Joe uses is a thick denim with a subtle stretchy quality to them that gives an amazing fit, along with the intricate designs on the pockets and the gorgeous stone washed look are what make Joe's Jeans the best on the market today.

Joe's Jeans offer eight basic fits that can accommodate any body type. Joe is constantly introducing new denim grades, rinses and finishes to keep the stock new, exciting, fresh and original all season long.

In 2004, Joe introduced a new luxury denim line called Joe's Premium (only available in select store's), which boasts about the great detail, such as vintage aging, saddle stitching, embroidery and crystal appliqués, which is all perfected by hand.

Joe's Jeans are ultra-slick, modern and the most unique designer jeans that are on the market. These jeans are designed to fit each individual woman by accentuating her curves in all the right places and slimming in other places to give you that retro-glam look you've always wanted. All of Joe's Jeans are made in the United States of America, if the label states otherwise they are probably knock-offs.

These designer jeans have gathered a cult like following of Hollywood fashion gurus such as, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz are just a few that rave about these jeans. Although, I have to say that the prices for these jeans are astronomical, I have never in my life paid 170.00 for a pair of jeans, no matter how good they are.

However, I did find a web sight that has Joe's Jeans at discounted prices; the site is www.zappers.com and www.bluefly.com. Both of these sites offer great discounts on Joe's Jeans, for example at bluefly.com the Honey boot cut jeans are 81.59 while they retail at department stores for 168.00. If you are looking to purchase a pair of Joe's Jeans I highly recommend that you do some shopping on-line to find the best deal possible.

Here is a list of Joe's most popular styles and their prices found at major department stores:

The Visionaire- high waist, retails for $169
The Chelsea- ultra-slim, retails for $158
The Cigarette- straight-narrow, retails for $158
The Ex-Lover- relaxed fit, retails for $178
The Honey, boot cut- booty lifting, retails for $158
The Skinny- booty lifting, retails for $165
The Muse- high waist, retails for $158
The Provocateur and The Provocateur Skinny- Petite style, retails for $139 and $158
The Socialite- classic fit, retails for $165
The stardust- super flare, retails for $158
The Starlet- slim leg with boot cut, retails for $178
The Twiggy- for tall women, retails for $165

Although these jeans are getting a great review from all over the country, I personally can not see myself paying 178.00 for one pair of jeans, so I went to www.bluefly.com and purchased a pair of the Honey jeans for an amazing 79.89 and I absolutely love the way they feel. Joe's Jeans give a great fit and enhance what you want to show off and hide what you don't, but this is not a product that I would continue to by as I can not afford them, even at the discounted price they are very expensive.
