John McCain-War Hero, Maverick and Liar

As I watched the RNC last week, I was already, as anyone who has read my other work knows, upset with Sarah Palin. I think it was a blatant move to put a woman on the Republican ticket qualified or not. I sat in horror as I watched Sarah Palin lie and lie. She didn't totally lie. She only neglected to tell the entire truth, which in the world of rich Republicans, is totally acceptable. Rich people are the absolute worst who will skirt the legalities to win, no matter the contest. Elections or just driving around in their cars. They will break the law in a second.

Sarah Palin told us that she sold the luxury jet on Ebay. NOT!. She PUT it on Ebay. It stayed there for a while and her STATE of Alaska pulled it off and hired someone to sell it. It sold for 2.1 million yet it costs 2.7 million. Now the man they sold it to is billing the STATE of Alaska for $50,000 in repairs that he got duped on.

She told us she stopped the Bridge to Nowhere. NOT! The Bill was killed by the Congress. She just changed her mind about wanting it, when she got wind of their impending decision in Congress. THEN, she kept the money anyway and used it for something else in the state. You lost America! Because deep down she is known for getting her way, even if it is not in the best interest of the people she has been entrusted to care for. She ripped off the Federal Government and the people of the rest of the country to get her way.

That is two real lies she has been CAUGHT in... You can deny anything else about her you want to, that is PROVEN FACT. Why?

Last night I was watching TV and a panel of political experts was talking about John and Sarah. They included a sound bite from after the convention. Someone asked them about talking about the issues. John McCain's comments, "We don't have to talk about the issues"! Are you freaking kidding me? Is that how you feel? Do you think the next President should be talking about the issues or continuing to take the focus off of themselves and talk trash about the other candidate?

As I processed that statement and then started going over the last couple of months with John McCain and his campaign, I realized he is doing and saying whatever may help him win. At first he was spouting change, now it is Country First, and then the Sarah Palin debacle. If the next wind blowing in says he should stand on his head and sing Dixie to win, I fully expect him to be out there. He is talking about his strength to keep us safe. Come on, if people like him would stop being a bully and threatening everyone, maybe everyone wouldn't want to kick our butts.

We keep on hearing John talk about his Vietnam experience, his leadership commanding a training squadron and all of his horrible POW experiences. My problem is due to his flying ability he got shot down, his POW experience wasn't any different than anyone else that went. His leadership and commander experience lasted ONE year. Then they made him a liason. If he was doing so wonderfully as a commander, he did improve readiness, why move him?

John McCain and now Sarah Palin has used their platform to tell us War Stories and half truths. Now he is behind the scenes telling people that America don't care about the issues and so therefore as long as he keeps telling these big stories and keeping America in the dark on what he really knows, they will elect him and this liar of a partner he has.

Are we that gullible in America? Are YOU? Do you care about the issues or do you just want a show in Washington. Like Cindy McCain coming out the other night with a $313,000 dollar outfit on. With jewelry and other accessories it came to that amount. We can continue to sit home in our soon to be foreclosed homes with our last paychecks going in the bank, while we pay $4 a gallon for gas and struggle to pay doctor bills while Cindy MCCain flaunts her wealth to the world. Or we can say enough is enough.

What do you want for the future of this country. If you have always been a Republican then you know the Republicans are the party of the rich. They want to stay in control so they continue to be wealthy. If you are not wealthy and are just an Average middle income or lower income family, do you want to continue to see irresponsible, rich people in office. I don't

Everytime I watch McCain and Palin, I get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. If you listen very carefully and disband the hype, you will see that it is a smokescreen they are selling. NO solutions....NO ideas...Just Trash Talking about Obama and half truths. Palin may be a Barracuda, but history says Barracuda are known for hitting anything shiny! They kill innocent fish, they devour anything they can.

Are you as an innocent fish in America going to be the victim of Sarah "Barracuda" Palin and "Maverick" John McCain? If they don't realize how important the issues are at this point, what will they be doing in Washington AFTER the election!. They don't have a clue folks. Shaking up Washington is necessary.

However, if they are shaking it up to spend more money on investigating or pursuing unwarranted ideas that costs money, is that going to help America?

I want change in America. John McCain and Sarah Palin are not interested in change. They just want to win. If they truly wanted change, they would be giving us their ideas about the things that we worry about everyday of our lives. At $313,000 for an outfit, Cindy McCain can't even comprehend being concerned about a tankful of gas. How is she going to empathize with me and you?

It is only a TV show folks, the characters are not real, they are only pretend. Don't fool yourselves into believing they really care about you and I. They don't.

Don't believe me however....Just turn on the boob tube and listen for yourselves. Not with the ears of a Republican or Democrat but with the ears of someone who has to wake up tomorrow and live. They are telling us anything but hype. NO answers now means NO answers later folks.
