John Singleton's New Movie 'Abduction' Features 'Twilight' Star and Heartthrob Taylor Lautner

Will Team Jacob Be Team Nathan?

It's a double bonus to see a film with one of my favorite directors, John Singleton, with one of my favorite actors, Taylor Lautner. In the upcoming 2011 film "Abduction," Lautner may gain some more guy fans to go with the countless girls and grown women swooning after him because of his "Twilight" role as Jacob Black. John Singleton, who is known for having strong male lead actors in guy's guys types of movies, is the director of this upcoming flick, and the storyline sounds like a winner even if girls are hiding out in portable toilets during the filming of it.

According to the National Enqurier, Team Jacob fans are so desperate to meet the man behind the werewolf role that they hid in a Porta Potty this past week. When he heard shrieking and knocked on the door and said, "You okay?" he almost got pulled in. Security came to his aide and he disappeared to the dressing room, but don't you just wonder what in the world kind of romance could happen in an open toilet setting?

The action flick, with Lautner playing the lead role of Nathan, is about a young man who finds his own baby picture on a missing persons' website. Now Nathan wants to find out just what happened in his early life.

Although more details about the film are foggy right now during filming, according to IMDB.com, we do know that other big names will be in the film, including Sigourney Weaver (who plays Dr. Bennett) and Denzel Whitaker (who became a huge name after starring alongside Denzel Washington and Forest Whitaker in "The Great Debaters." Denzel Whitaker is Gilly in the upcoming film).

If you're anti-"Twilight" but want to check Lautner out in other films, you may be interested to know he did a voiceover for the Bully in the 2006 show "He's a Bully, Charlie Brown," had a small role in the 2010 "Valentine's Day " where he was rumored to be dating Taylor Swift, played Jack Spivey in the television show "My Own Worst Enemy" and had onetime roles in the canceled show "Love, Inc." and syndicated show "My Wife and Kids." Bernie Mac fans may remember him as Aaron on "The Bernie Mac Show." Of course he's also popular for his role as Sharkboy in "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl 3-D."
